Welcome to the Meeting Minutes section of the Cimarron Country Property Owners' Association web site. Here you will find important information regarding the meetings of the Board of Directors.

Minutes Procedures: The Minutes of each Board of Directors Meeting are transcribed by the Secretary after each meeting. Following that meeting, but prior to the next Board meeting, the Minutes are delivered to the entire Board of Directors for review. Upon acceptance of the Minutes at their next meeting, the Minutes are posted to the web site for review of the Association Membership. As the Board of Directors normally meets every other month, the time lag from meeting to web site may be approximately 60 days.

In the case of the Annual Meeting of the Members, the Minutes are not official until accepted by the Membership at the following Annual Meeting.
